Make Up Academy Eyeshadows

When buying make-up, the usual advice is to steer clear of cheap and cheerful: certainly when I bought Sleek liquid eyeliner in metallic gold it turned into a stinging nightmare of crap that wouldn’t stay on my face. However, Make Up Academy’s single eyeshadows are all of £1 each, so I took the risk.

To my considerable surprise, even when applied without primer, MUA’s eyeshadow is pretty tenacious. The colour matches well enough to the pan, and with primer you get incredible, thick coverage. For £1 this shit is an absolute bargain, and just demonstrates that sometimes it’s worth taking a risk.
